Best Rate Guarantee

If you complete a reservation through Resideo then show us you could have booked the exact same reservation through a competitor's website for a lower cost, we will make it right by honoring that rate and refunding you the difference (subject to the following terms and conditions):

• You must have a confirmed reservation from Resideo. Changed or cancelled reservations are not eligible.
• The lower rate must be for the "same accommodations"; defined as the same hotel with the same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests, same room type, same cancellation and advance purchase polices, same costs (e.g. same tax, additional guest fees, resort fees, etc.) and same terms and conditions governing the rate.
• The lower rate must be offered to the public at large via the Internet and must be viewable and bookable at the time we verify its accuracy.
• You must submit your claim prior to the property's cancellation deadline; defined as the dates when a penalty is imposed by the property for canceling.

The offer DOES NOT APPLY to the following:

• Quotes from "opaque" websites; where the specific hotel is not disclosed prior to confirmation (e.g. Priceline, Hotwire).
• Quotes based on hotel packages or travel packages which may include hotel, airfare, care rental, food and beverage offers or other similiar packages or amenities.
• Quotes based on discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to AAA, AARP, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale, pre-paid rates that may involve a voucher, group or other specially negotiated rate.
• Quotes for groups of more than eight (8) people or stays greater than fourteen (14) nights.
• Quotes during special or major events and/or holidays.
• Quotes given within 72 hours of day of the arrival date.

Resideo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Determine the validity of any claim, including, but not limited to, determining that it is the same property, the same accommodation type, the same date range, and that the competing rate satisfies all terms, conditions and claims processing requirements.
• Amend, revoke, revise, supplement or suspend this offer at anytime, without notice.
• Quotes based on discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to AAA, AARP, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale, pre-paid rates that may involve a voucher, group or other specially negotiated rate.
• Modify or cancel this offer and to discontinue the offer to anyone who appears to be using the offer in a manner or inconsistent with the terms and conditions or with bad intent.
