Reservation Assistance- NEW RESERVATIONS: Booking online is the fastest and easiest way to book a room but if you prefer to book by phone we would be happy to help you. Call (850) 747-8057 anytime.
- CANCEL A RESERVATION: If you are not completely delighted with your reservation, you can change or cancel it for any reason (or no reason at all) and receive a prompt, complete refund less any cancellation fees imposed by the hotel. Just go through the easy self-service cancellation process (via My Account) or use the link in your confirmation email to cancel your reservation. You can also call (850) 747-8057 anytime.
- CHANGE A RESERVATION: To change a reservation, you must call. That number is (850) 747-8057.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
