- CANCEL A RESERVATION: If you are not completely delighted with your reservation, you can change or cancel it for any reason (or no reason at all) and receive a prompt, complete refund less any cancellation fees imposed by the hotel. Just go through the easy self-service cancellation process (via My Account) or use the link in your confirmation email to cancel your reservation. You can also call (800) 370-9416 anytime.
