- Great holiday enjoyed it all,no complaints really apart from other English complaining!!
First thing is crazy Mike has gone, hes been sacked so this was a dissapointment but the hotel is trying to make a go of the english bar.Didier and Danny(?) are quite good but they still havent got it right.
Yes the hotel is full of spanish but we were in spain.the good thing is they eat later than us english so you never have to queue for meals,I was dreading going in august but it was really good,no queues for anything. food was really nice, varied and hot. hotel was spotless, staff friendly.
would return, this did look the nicest of the magic hotels we visited, think it would be spoiled if full of british guests, the spanish people dont go getting drunk and loud!! « less

- i stayed two nights here with my sister and young son. it was unexpected as i had been booked in the gran hotel bali. and as a result of the volcanic ash cloud my flights home got cancelledm, and this hotel was cheaper.
this hotel provided more in the way of entertainment for my son. the activities coordinator michael burgess was amazing. he made the three of us welcome and kept my son entertained. the scottish barman was also really friendly and made us feel welcome.
the quality of the food was far superior to the bali, and my sister ate properly for the first time in the 7 days we were there.
the reception in this hotel was quite busy and my thoughts were that more staff should be there as i had to wait at least an hour to check in. « less

- we have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions but this time our stay was made better by one member of the entertainment team, mikel burgess runs the english entertainment bar mitasca, he caters for all ages young and old alike, no two evenings were the same, all our teenagers joined in every game or quiz he did. he is a credit to the hotel. the english bar needs more advertising though as it is more word of mouth, mike works really hard to get the crowds in. well done to him he made our holiday . « less

- This is what you expect for a 3 star all inclusive Hotel. The swimming pool is brilliant and if you enjoy a short walk to the beach your in luck here it's only a 5 minute walk down to the beach.
Being in Spain you do expect to meet lots of spanish guests and believe me you will here the hotel is catered mainly towards the spanish who to be perfectly honest are very rude.
People who have booked Benidorm will be very disappointed as it's miles away. Buses are available from outside the hotel into Benidorm at a minimal cost.
However saying that at night time you can find some decent English speaking entertainment by Crazy Mike in the English speaking bar which is on the left hand side as you walk down towards the entrance but before you enter the hotel, because for some reason the Hotel do not advertise that they have that facility and once you have tried it you will go back the entertainment that is.
Also the lady that serves behind the bar where crazy mike is, is also very nice and friendly.
I would never try to put anybody off going here because we all different expectations of what a holiday and the hotel should be like. In all honesty i will not be returning here unless it's to pop in and say hello to crazy mike as i did not enjoy the food or the fact that we were miles from Benidorm centre. Just make sure if your going and your from the UK you find crazy mike so you can have some English entertainment at night without getting stuck with the spanish. « less

- This was the second time to this hotel and we were not dissapointed.
I took my 13 year old son and was very apprehensive that he would meet someone and have a good time. He made a great friend and they both enjoyed the fantastic facilites for children. The hotel caters mainly for spanish people which after all is great because we are in Spain, but our hotel was made even better by the superb entertainment from Crazy Mike, he made us feel so welcome and his games, bingo kept all the English amused, I would recommend a trip to this hotel if its only to see him. He was face painting and doing anything he could to keep the kids amused. (please see photos).
The hotels pool is fantastic, it is clean, the food is good and varied.
The only gripe I have is that the main attraction of the hotel is the pool it is superb, so its a shame to take away from everyones enjoyment by employing a lifegaurd who must have done her training as a prison gaurd in Alkatraz, no inflatables, no beach balls. The local shop keeper must be laughing all the way to the bank, I spent 40 Euro on Lilos and balls only to be told I could not use them. This is a joke and is the only thing that would influence my decission not to go back. « less
