The view @rm #6 with private bacalony was Perfect, definitely worth paying more for a balcony. B/F was delicious delivered by Simon everyday. He is very helpful and polite. Even help us with our luggage to car which was park far away during checkin /checkout. The hotel did not arrange us to use any nearby swimming pool though... « less

- Upon arrival at the Pantelia Suites, we were imediately impressed by the manager, a powerful looking local who reminded me of Luca Brasi from The Godfather, but in contrast to that bruiser of a character, our manager was softly spoken and really helpful. He sat down with us and told us about breakfast and the free wi-fi, and then without prompting, opened a map of Santorini and pointed out the best places we should be looking at visiting. He then recommended a Moto Scooter hire place nearby (Moto Kostas) that we ended up hiring a Quad bike from and was very good value.
Our suite had a perfect view of the sea and the Caldera, and a semi private terrace on which a delicious breakfast was served to us each morning. A really nice touch and something we looked forward to daily.
Our room had a good sized air conditioned double bedroom, with a huge bathroom with circular bath/shower, plus a handy separate lounge with table and sofa plus a fridge....invaluable for storing cold drinks.
The suites are ideally located being a 2 minute walk to the main 'promenade' and lots of restaurants and shops.
The customer service at the Pantelia Suites really impressed us. On the second day or our stay I was having trouble with the head of my camera tripod. I needed an 'Allen Key' (one of those hexagonal keys used to assemble IKEA furniture) to tighten it. By chance I asked the lovely Polish receptionist, Agnes, if she knew where I might find one. Unbelievably she said she thought she knew where one was, and led me to a little cupboard where lo and behold we found a set of Allen keys, including the perfect sized one I needed. That's what I call going the extra mile.
Although Pantelia Suites do not have their own pool, there is an arrangement with the Hotel next door to use theirs, which we did on the last day, and it was lovely.
We would thoroughly recommend this for any couple looking for a perfect place to stay. Fabulous! « less

- Everything about Pantelia was amazing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They helped us with our luggage and were waiting for us when we showed up. They cooked us an outstanding breakfast every morning. They gave great recommendations for everything and helped book a lot of activities for us, from ATV rental, to a catamaran trip around the islands, to general dinner recommendations... everything they suggested was PERFECT!! I would like to say that they catered to us because it was our honeymoon, but I could tell that the other guests got equally outstanding service.
The hotel itself was breathtaking! Our room was enormous, especially the bathroom, which is hard to find in Greece. Built into the side of the cliff and having a cave like feel, it was great for relaxing and sleeping for 12 straight hours was very easy to do.
The location is perfect. It's just STEPS away from the center of Fira, witch a ton of great restaurants and shopping. The museum and historic church are just around the corner.
The one small thing is that there is no hotel pool, which is common for the hotels in Fira. But there some nearby Pool Bars (if you don't know what this is, loop it up), and we rode our ATV to a lot of different beaches.
My wife and I WILL be going back here. I don't think any other place would have been this perfect for us. « less

If you’re looking for a super clean place with helpful staff, a view to die for, and a great location you can stop searching, this is the place. Let me tell you why. First my wife demands a super clean hotel and this place was cleaner than the 6 star hotel we stayed at in Athens. While sitting and having breakfast on our private patio overlooking the caldera, I did say the view was unbelievable, I timed their housekeeper cleaning the apartment next door, she spent over 45 minutes cleaning including washing the tile floors though out the whole place. Helpful staff absolutely, breakfast was excellent, hot and delivered on time to us each day. They arranged for a tour of Santorini on short notice, transfers to the port for us and carried our luggage up the stairs out to the taxi. As I said before the view was fantastic, the sunset from our patio was better than in Olia, and since the hotel area is gated and locked it is very private. Finally location, it is truly walking distance to everything. It is located a block south of the Greek Church which is where the shopping and restaurant district starts. You are also two blocks east of the bus terminal and the pick-up location for the tour companies. « less
