Location. The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is located in the ski resort of Sestriere, Italy, next to Europe's highest 18-hole Pro-Am golf course and 350 metres from the resort centre.
Hotel Features. Completed in 1932, the six- storey castle-style Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte was among the first hotels to open in Sestiere. The property features a black-and-white exterior that reflects the surrounding mountains. The hotel houses an indoor swimming pool, and features a wellness centre complete with a fitness suite, sauna, and steam room. A range of spa treatments and massage services are offered. Children have their own swimming pool and a kids' club. An express check- in/out service is in operation at the 24-hour front desk, where multilingual staff can provide concierge services and all-hours room service. Ski shuttle services are available and complimentary garage parking is available on site.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning at the hotel restaurant. Lunch and dinner menus feature regional and international dishes, accompanied by an extensive wine list. Drinks and light snacks are served in the hotel café outside of restaurant hours.

Business amenities include conference rooms with audio-visual equipment and wireless Internet (surcharge).

The nearest ski lifts are located adjacent to the hotel. Sestriere resort features 400 kilometres of piste and a total of 146 runs. The resort centre is the location of numerous apres-ski options, including bars, restaurants, and clubs.

Guestrooms. The 100 guestrooms at Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte feature contemporary decor incorporating natural wood and ceramics. All feature walk- in wardrobes, flat-screen televisions with satellite channels, Internet access, and DVD players. Other amenities include multi-line phones, wireless Internet (surcharge), minibars, and safes. Bathrooms have combination tubs and showers, telephones, televisions, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. In-room childcare can be arranged.
