- This stay was not as good as previous stays. I had to get my key cards reset 4 times because they would not work after a few uses. The room could not get to a comfortable cool level, it was constantly hot. Housekeeping did not leave me with a wash rag until the third day. When they finally left a wash rag, they forgot to leave a floor towel. The last time I stayed at this hotel, I did not have any problems, maybe just new staff. « less

- My husband and i went to Inlet Towers in Anchorage for a night. The first room we went to had pubes on the sheets the mattress was stained yellow and there were even red stains (looked like dried blood). The toilet had hair on the seat the room smells musty and unclean. Even the wall by the bed had blood spatters. We went to the front desk to change rooms and they put us in another. The second room appeared to be cleaner, but the smell is the same. The A/C Stinks. One would think the 11th floor would get air but one would be wrong. To be gluttons for punishment we then went to dinner in the hotel resturant. The service was poor, the atmosphere pretentious and the food smothered in gravy (which is bad when you pay almost $30 for a steak. if i wanted grease i would have gone to Denny's. The menu did not even say the meal had gravy. the salad was old and brown. pretty much dinner was a huge let down. When one cannot go out to eat much, this was really upsetting. we might as well have flushed out money down the toilet. NEVER AGAIN! « less

- Bid on priceline and this is what we got. We were a little worried but when we got there it was great. The room was big with everything you could need. Even had a fan!! We had a nice view, nothing special but it was nice. And the service was fantastic! We asked for extra pillows and towels and received them within 20 minutes. Would love to stay there again. « less

- The entire hotel looks like it was nice 30 years ago, but today it is a dump. We stayed on the 9th floor and even though it was only 60 degrees outside, we could not get our room cooler than 75-80 degrees. The air conditioner rattled and sputtered but failed to provide any cooling. The windows did not open enough to get a breeze. We also heard rattling from the pipes in the walls all night long. The water was very rusty in the morning Apparently the hot water heater had broken the night before and they system needed to be flushed (they did not tell any of the guests though). The hotel is also "technically downtown" but it is about a mile from the start of the tourist area with the restaurants and shops that are on 4th-6th streets. We reserved a 2.5 start hotel on Hotwire and got this dump. I would have been disappointed if we had paid for a one star hotel and stayed at this place. « less

- Shuttle from airport was good we also used shuttle next day to go get rental car and the same driver was very friendly and helpful with directions! Walk to downtown is about 10-15 minutes easy walk, across the street is gocery store to pick up snacks and waters, no breakfast was included with our stay. The room itself was large had table with chairs, micro wave, fridge and mini coffee maker. Beds were comfortable , we were on 10th floor and the views were gorgeuos! Everything was clean in room and bathroom also clean! the few times I phoned the front desk they were fine I also called for blow dryer (none in room) and it was brought up promtly! The lobby was always busy of course due to peak summer season all in all I had no problems here and it was lower rate then most downtown area hotels I would come back! « less
