Overview

The Hatcher Pass Bed and Breakfast is nestled in the Matanuska Valley in Palmer, Alaska. The bed and breakfast is adjacent to the Little Su River and Independence Mine State Historical Park. The Alaska State Fair is seven miles away. Palmer, Alaska features an eclectic mix of shops and panoramic mountain views eight miles from the bed and breakfast.
Built in 1990, these log cabins feature porches with sitting areas looking out to the surrounding forests. Complimentary breakfast food is provided in the cabins, including eggs, sausage, muffins, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Complimentary Internet access is provided. Moose are often seen on the property. Hiking trails and gold panning are available on site.

The Hatcher Pass Bed and Breakfast offers five cabins equipped with televisions and VCRs. All accommodations feature full kitchens or kitchenettes with refrigerators, stoves, coffeemakers and microwave ovens. Units feature full, private bathrooms. The Alaska Grande Cabins offer loft bedrooms. Gas heaters are provided in the cabins.
