Location. The Sheraton Crescent Hotel in Phoenix, Ariz., is adjacent to the Metrocenter, Arizona's second largest shopping and entertainment complex. Turf Paradise Racing is less than five miles away. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to attractions within a five mile radius.
Hotel Features. The Sheraton Crescent Hotel features an heated outdoor pool and Monsoon Mountain, a 166-foot water slide. A poolside cabana serves light fare and cocktails. The on-site Indigo Restaurant serves American cuisine featuring oven roasted chicken, baked salmon, steak and seafood. The adjacent Indigo Lounge serves appetizers, cocktails and provides complimentary wireless Internet access. The hotel also features a fitness center offering treadmills and elliptical machines, a sauna and indoor squash courts. A lighted tennis court, beach volleyball and basketball courts are available on-site.

Guestrooms. The hotel's 342 guestrooms feature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds with a choice of five feather-and-down or allergy-sensitive pillows, 230-thread count sheets, polyfill duvets with covers and fleece blankets. Tried to have dinner Friday night at 7pm. There was only 1 waiter that made my party wait for 15 min to get seated, while there was only one table eating. When we sat the waiter informed us that there were only 7 salmon and 2 pork dishes left off the whole menu. Then when asked to recommen a good steak place, the waiter said Sizzler. Saturday when we tried to eat dinner there again, we asked if they had a full menu at 6pm the waiter said yes. Then when we asked if they had filet mingon, he said no, do you have the soup of the day, he said no. When we finally came back down to eat at 8pm the waiter said that because they were slow they shut the restaurant down so we had to eat at the bar lounge. We all had to eat our ribeyes on coffee tables. Then while we were drinking, the batendar shut us down at midnight because they said we had finished 3 bottle of black labeln take in mind that we were the only ones in the bar giving them business, and we were not loud or drunk. The gift shop closed at 4pm! the room service stops at 11. When we ordered roomservice in the morning, the pitchers of water were dirty, the fruit to decorate our plates were old and rotting, and the eggs that were suppose to be over easy were well done. Nothing seemed right at this hotel. The manager that had to relieve the bartender because it was slow, did not know how to make a malibu rum and pineapple. And she went to brag about how there hotel was still running well even though they are understaffed. i understand that when a company is slow and has to cut some corners, but this stay was rediculous!! If I would have know that my stay would have been like this I should have stayed at the other Shearaton in Phoneizx that was only 6 miles away!! There has to be standards that need to be uphelp when you are a major hotel. Shearaton needs to save even more money and shut this hotel down!! You are tanishing your name by leaving this hotel operating. There were 9 in our party and we have such a bad taste in our mouths from staying at this hotel. « less
