Perry’s Passin’ Thru

Set on 100 acres of pasture land, Perry’s Passin’ Thru is located 300 yards from Beaver Lake in Springdale, Ark. Fishing and pontoon boat rentals are available at the War Eagle Marina, located three miles away. More than one-half dozen golf courses are available within 15 miles.
This ranch-style home offers a stone and cedar exterior, and a patio area with a fire pit. Complimentary continental breakfasts, including fresh-ground coffee, rolls, muffins, fruit and a selection of hot teas, are served each morning. A kitchen is provided for guests’ use. A hot tub is also available. Dogs and cats are welcome at the inn, and 10- by 12-foot horse stalls and a wash bay are available for horse boarding.

Perry’s Passin’ Thru offers two guestrooms, each with views of Beaver Lake. The Master Bedroom features a private bathroom with a jetted tub and two sinks, and the Guest Bedroom offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both rooms have direct access to a shared cedar deck.
