- We booked a room the Innsbruck at the last minute for a work/leisure trip with our 2 year old and never having been to Aspen before we didn't really know what to expect. When we pulled up to the Innsbruck it looked fine but when we walked into our room we were shocked! It was amazing!! Beautiful furnishings, a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a wall mounted flat screen in each room, and an incredible bathroom complete with jet tub and steam shower. It was luxurious. We walked from the hotel to town at least once a day with our 2 year old and it's only a short few blocks. It was perfect
The pool does leave something to be desired. It's tiny and situated right next to a busy road so we didn't take advantage of it. Also, our room was "garden level" and in a corner so it was quite dark in there during the daytime but that's really not a complaint, just an observation.
If you forgot anything at home be sure to stop by the "pharmacy" on your walk to downtown. We found the upstairs level to have every child's toys imaginable and even umbrella strollers for a reasonable price.
We took a bus up to Maroon Bells. If you do only one thing while in Aspen, you must do this. It's truly one of the most breathtaking hikes I've ever done. Also, make sure to make the drive to Snowmass, it's only 20 minutes and they have an outdoor mall with a short (free) gondola ride - fun for kids.
Thanks for a wonderful stay Innsbruck!! « less Read management response to this review.

- My family of 4 (husband and two boys age 18 and 20 ,) stayed at the Insbruck for 4 nights in June. We were in Aspen to attend my nieces high school graduation. I can't say enough about the beautiful accomodations. Our room had two bedrooms, a main room with fire place and a fully equipped kitchen. with everything one would need to cook large dinners. Outside our room was a fire pit , a grill which we used a lot and a hot tub. The service was wonderful At night they would light the gas firepit and get the grill ready. They would take us into town in the van and pick us up whenever. We also had use of the bicycles, it is only a 5-8 minute bike ride to the main part of town. Would take about 10 minutes to walk to town. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning people were just wonderful. My family loved our room, loved everything about our stay. i would highly recommend the Innsbruck Inn. I felt like we were staying with family, that is how they treated us. Did i mention we had three bathrooms. The Inn has just been renovated so everything is clean and new. Granite and stainless in the kitchen. Large family room with big fireplace. Even a steam shower. Just amazing. Do not hesitate to stay here. I am very fussy about where i stay. We will go back here., « less

- ...all at the right price. Amazingly, Aspen finally has delivered a suprising value in the lodging world. They even have an ownership opportunity. At their price, it makes sense.

- Unfortunately I only booked one evening at The Innsbruck Aspen...had I known how comfortable and convenient it was to Downtown Aspen, I would have remained there for the remainder of my stay. The Innsbruck Aspen is located right on Main Street just minutes from a park, eateries, historic hotel, quaint boutiques and world class shopping. My room was very comfortable and cozy - s/s appliances, granite counter-tops, wide-plank wood floors with large accommodating bathrooms. To top everything off...the staff was excellent...friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. If you're going to Aspen and you want to be in the thick of things but still feel like you are 'tucked-in' so to speak - then I recommend The Innsbruck Aspen. « less

- My wife and I had a chance to take a short 2 day trip from Denver to Aspen. We hadn't been to Aspen in years so we asked a friend to recommend a hotel...he said The Innsbruck. We checked it out online and thought it looked great, but we like traveling w our dog. After confirming the hotel had a few rooms reserved for dogs we chose this property. Upon arrival we were both very pleased w the location just a block from a park (our dog
liked that) and two blocks from town. Our first floor room was gorgeous...kitchen w granite countertops, leather furniture, king bed w soft pillows and a very nice master bath. French doors off the living room made it easy to get
out to walk our pooch. Being right on Main Street it was kinda noisy in the evening and we found the workout space on the garden level so-so (only a treadmill and eliptical) but w the ski mountain and tons of hiking and biking trails a few blocks away it didn't impact our opportunity to get in a workout. The web said there was a pool but it is really just a plunge pool. Again, not a big deal. A plus was the use of mountain bikes...free, which is a great way to get around town. If we weren't walking we were biking so we rarely used our SUV. During ski season this place has to be one of the most popular if only for its location...and they regularly run a shuttle. The lodge doesn't have a restaurant but we were two blocks from town so it didn't matter. Plus we learned we could order from various restaurants, which would deliver. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a few glitches w our key card and the maintenance fella got on it immediately. The Innsbruck was a great discovery... « less Read management response to this review.
