- On arrival, staff were welcoming and friendly and recommended places in town to eat + which buses to get for supermarket, ski lifts etc. First impression of the apartment was fantastic, lovely spacious lounge area with massive LCD TV. Kitchen area was top spec with massive oven and fridge. Main bedroom also had large LCD TV with separate en-suite. Our son was on the fold-out bed-settee which was huge and comfy. Very warm apartment considering it got down to -20C outside. Location was good, buses stop at apartments and only 3 minutes to main lifts and learning centre - Beaver at Peak 9. Walked up to snowflake one day - took 5 minutes. The 4-o'clock run down goes right past the apartments, so no bus home -result! It's a five-ten minute walk into town and 20 minutes to the supermarket - but I'd recommend the bus as lugging loads of shopping with not much air is not fun!
Only downers were that out en-suite had a hole in the shower wall by the shower so we didn't want to use it in case water went into the below apartment. Staff said they knew about it but there was no sign of it being fixed. Other thing was the people above appeared to do a 30 minute workout each night in their ski-boots and the ceilings seemed pretty thin so it was pretty noisy. I've seen other comments on noise, so maybe best to go for a top floor apartment and inflict the noise on others?
Breck is a top resort - skiing was amazing although town is not pretty, but with lots of nice restaurants catering for families and couples. « less

- Location is nice, although if I had it to do over again, I would try to stay in the higher numbered units (14 or 15??) which is closer to Main Street and the pool. We stayed in a unit on the 5th floor which, because of the altitude, was sometimes tiring to climb!! The unit was nice, good location, right near Main Street.
Our one main complaint was about the person working at the front desk. When we called for information before arrival and when we checked in, she was so UNhelpful that she really is the reason that we didn't give a better rating. We were unfamiliar with Colorado and looking for a bit of advice on what to do and where to go. Over the phone she was unclear about the pool. Finally after several calls she told us that the pool was a shared pool with other condo complexes. It was an easy walk, but crowded and not especially clean. She provided no recommendations for activities (rafting, dinner, etc). She lacked enthusiasm and doesn't belong in the hospitality field!
Breckenridge is great but don't rely on the front desk help if you stay at this hotel. « less

- We found this condominium on trip advisor. I researched the various units available and chose 3B. That turned out to be the best decision we made for Breckenridge accommodations. We were up one flight of stairs, was close to the hot tub, and only about 1 1/2 blocks off main street. The condo was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom corner unit with stainless steel appliances, beautifully decorated, televisions in the master bedroom and living room. Very roomy family room with a pull out couch. The pull out couch was not very comfortable but we made do. The town is still bustling even if not ski season with wonderful shops and restaurants, gondola and ski lift up to Peak 8 for some hiking or mountain biking down. Great time. Rates for this condo were about $127 a night. Can't beat that! « less

- We stayed at Pine Ridge for two nights in June for a rate of $127. We rented 14C. It was up two flights of stairs (no elevator) but we had three teenage boys--so no problem! Our unit had granite countertops and stainless appliances. It was a spacious living area, with tv, stereo, comfortable furniture and a fireplace. There was a balcony off the main living area and also off the master bedroom. This was a two br, two bath unit. It was nice to have the space. The only drawback was the sofa sleeper. The sleeper felt like springs covered by a sheet. We decided not to use it. The location is only a block and a half from the main street--we walked everywhere in town. I would definitely reccommend this unit to anyone. « less

We truly appreciate that you took the time to post a review and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Our winter guests don't always think about how amazing Breckenridge is during the summer.
Have a great summer and we hope you visit us again soon!
