- Nice place. Generally good service. Rooms/carpets/hallways/etc all in fine condition. Nice ambiance with lots of little touches. The downstairs beer/wine bar with billiards, shuffleboard, etc and the quieter scotch bar with fireplace were pluses you don't find at many hotels. Business meeting facilities, AV room, etc also above par. The gym was so-so, a little small but equipment was in good shape. Indoor pool was good, big enough to swim laps. Did not try any of the spa services nor golf. Did not eat in any of the restaurants here. Highly recommend www.mikunisushi.com which is not far away.
Downside, was a bit pricey compared to other lodging of comparable quality. Close to DTC and other areas but heavy traffic area near 25/225 junction. Views were not that great, at least from my room overlooking a parking lot, the HVAC, and the great plains towards the East. For a large group meeting, this hotel was excellent. If I were looking for a holiday retreat or solo business traveler, I'd consider this hotel but there are better options.
Note too, Google maps does not have this place mapped correctly as of 11/2009, even on the Blackberry version. Follow the directions on their website. « less

- I am not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first time ever, but I had such a great experience at Inverness that I felt led to write a positive review to those who are planning a trip here. I stayed at Inverness with a large group of family and friends for my brothers wedding. We got a fantastic group rate. My family and I ended up staying on the 5th floor "club" level which I highly recommend!! The suite is fabulous with a good size living room, separate tv and private patio. What I recommend most about the club level is the club lounge. For any guest who pays extra to stay on the club floor you get a fabulous breakfast every morning and a happy hour every evening. The food and is fabulous and the lounge is a great place to unwind and drink a beer or wine after a long day. The gentlemen who works in the club lounge is top notch. He is very observant to your needs and will try to make your stay special with the food and drinks he serves. I have a two year old that was being a bit picky so he brought her a bowl of berries, "her favorite." Then since it was my brothers wedding he made sure that on their wedding night that they had some special nibbles and drinks for the room. All together I can't say enough good things about the service and the quality of the rooms. This is a great place for large groups to gather or just a nice family get away. Oh, and did I mention the gym and indoor pool and hot tub are fabulous as well. Highly recommend this place! « less

- We Stayed in the Inverness two nights in August 2009, coming back from a adventure trip in southern colorado and glad to have a clean room with good showers. The Hotel have all of it but nothing more. Before our trip we stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Denver Tech Center and the hotel have the same good standard. Both hotels are booked with priceline but for the Hyatt we paid 39,- $ and for the Inverness we paid 61,- $ and got nothing more. But the Hyatt has 3,5 Stars and the Inverness 4 Stars at Priceline.com.
But there we don't have to pay a "resort fee" of 10,- $ like in the Inverness and I don't understand for what we have to pay these fee.
I'ld recommend the hotel for business trips but not for leisure trips « less

- The spa staff is very rude. For as much money as their services cost they should treat you really well. But they don't. I was not treated well, the staff was not friendly. Also it is difficult to enter the pool area and get back into the spa. The locker room area is small and crowded. The front desk staff is constantly giving tours while you are trying to relax. I DO NOT recommend this SPA. « less
