Location. Fairfield Pagosa in Pagosa Springs is set amidst over 18,000 acres of Rocky Mountain wilderness. In Pagosa Springs there exists plenty of recreational opportunities including trail rides, white water rafting, golf, tennis, downhill or cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and hot air balloon rides. A horse-drawn sleigh ride to a rustic cabin for a dinner by candlelight is a great way to spend an evening. Fishing and boating are offered at any of the five nearby lakes.
Hotel Features. The Pagosa Springs resort has three nine-hole golf courses, a full service pro shop, snack bar and 18 holes of miniature golf. The on-site recreation center includes an indoor pool, racquetball court, fitness center, spa and aerobics classes. A beach, bicycle rentals, business services, children’s activities, game room, barbeque area, laundry facilities, car rental, outdoor sundeck and children’s playground are also located on the property.

Expert Tip. One of the state’s oldest ski areas, Wolf Creek has terrain for skiers of all ability levels, but especially intermediates. Expert skiers often leave the lift-served slopes to dive down the powder of the Water Fall Area.
