Etta Place features ski-in/ski-out access. Property amenities include complimentary daily newspapers, a hot tub, and complimentary parking. The condos are within walking distance of the complimentary gondola.

These newly built, well-appointed condominiums feature all the comforts of home. All units offer fully equipped kitchens, televisions with HBO, and a stereos/CD players. Most condominiums also feature gas fireplaces and/or washers and dryers. All of the condos offer spacious living and dining areas, and views of the ski area.
