- I enjoyed my stay here. There was an issue when we checked in. They kept on typing on the computer without telling us what was wrong and eventually someone else had to check us in, which took a total of 20 minutes.
Other than the check-in issue, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with the shopping center right across the street where there's bar, restaurant and a movie theater. Our room was spacious and nice. This is definitely a family hotel with all the kids and dogs running around the lobby area but it was very quiet in our rooms so I was very happy. « less

- My family and I travelled from Mississippi to Westminister, Colorado for my son's wedding on July 17, 2010. We scheduled our Rehearsal Dinner at the Westin Westminster sight unseen for the night of July 16. The night was one that I will never forget. I worked in advance with Julia Lane to plan the schedule, menu and set up. She was wonderfully personable, honest and helpful. When we arrived, the night was absolutely perfect. The staff, Eva, Kylie, Phyllis, Isaba and Bryan were focused, courteous and paid attention to the smallest details for us...Eva recommended adding children's menus for the little ones and even the sweet tea was a delight to us Southerners! The menu was superb and the atmosphere was just what we had hoped for...intimate and warm, even with a group of 68! I would definately encourage anyone to look into this lovely setting because it more than met our expectations...and our son and new daughter in law spent their wedding night at a suite upstairs that they thought was wonderful. My thanks to all who worked so hard to make this a night that we will always treasure. « less

We never see a wedding as just a wedding, but more as our role in making that wedding the most special event for that bride and groom. - My wife and I recently stayed at the Westin in Westminster for an anniversary weekend, and I have to say that this is one of my favorite hotels. I have had the chance to stay in some very nice hotels in some very nice places but the Westin always goes above and beyond my expectations. We have stayed here at least 4 different times and we were married here--The hotel is extremely inviting and comfortable and the service level of the staff has never disappointed.
Definetly have a drink on the patio by the big firepits and definetly enjoy The Burger at O's Restaurant. Take a walk in the park by the amphitheater and try the shopping that is within walking distance. « less Read management response to this review.

I wanted to reiterate on paper (well, if you print this!) some of the things we talked about on Monday, August 2. I hope you will be able to post it somewhere or forward /cascade it to the employees of the Westin Westminster.
We had a wonderful time!!!! I want to thank you and all of the employees at the Westin Westminster. I would name names, but I am afraid I would leave someone out--so--all of you know who you are (and maybe some do not know)! I am talking about every single employee I came in contact with --administration, housekeeping, banquet staff, catering, front desk, front door staff, restaurant -- and absolutely everyone. In the end, we had such a great experience! Every single employee I came in contact with was so willing to help every time I had a question. If the person didn't know the answer, they found the answer for me. Believe me, I did ask a lot of questions!!! Every employee acted in such a professional manner. Our guests had very positive experiences too.
In the last few days before the wedding, I had no worries about how everything would go. I knew we were in good hands.

I wanted to rent a road bike to ride while at the hotel and he helped me find several options to choose from. This may not seem like a big deal, however I was able to do something that I really wanted to do and Tommy's support helped me to accomplish my request. Way Cool!
The entire hotel staff at our Yellow Ribbon Conference was very pleasent and always willing to help and answer my questions. My room was very comfortable and accomodating.
