All keys for Grande Island Vacations rental units can be picked up at the Boca Grande North Reception Center, located approximately one mile south of the Boca Grande Causeway toll-bridge (bridge toll is $4), on the left side of the road.

The Boca Grande North office is open daily from 9 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday. It is closed on some holidays. Guests planning to arrive after 4 PM must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
