Location. Florida Group Vacation Homes in Davenport, Fla., is located just minutes from Walt Disney World, with easy access to central Florida’s most popular attractions. Units are located in Orlando area communities close to many shops, restaurants and attractions, including SeaWorld and Universal Studios.
Features. Florida Group Vacation Homes offers a variety of fully furnished three-, four- and five- bedroom homes with two, three, four or five bathrooms with a separate shower and bathtub. The homes have a private screened-in pool and townhouses have access to a community pool. With the convenient location and the extra space afforded by townhouses and private homes, Florida Group Vacation Homes appeals to budget-conscious families and groups.

Guestrooms. These vacation homes feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and all the kitchen utensils and cookware guests will need during their stay. The master bedroom in each unit has either a king or queen bed and full bathroom. The other bedrooms have either twin or double beds and share a separate bathroom. Each home offers cable television in a separate living area. For guests’ convenience, each unit also includes linens, towels and a washer and dryer. A private garage is included with each home.

Barbecue grills are available for a fee of $35 per week plus 7% tax.

Shorter stays of three to five nights will be subject to a one-time cleaning fee of $55 for a three-bedroom unit, $75 for a four-bedroom unit and $90 for a five-bedroom unit.

Pool heat (where available), with a minimum of four days, costs $25 per day plus 7% tax for electric heat and $35 per day plus 7% tax for gas heat.

All fees will be collected at check-in.
