ResortQuest Rentals at Island Echos Condominiums is located on Okaloosa Island in the city of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. The condos are within easy access of the area's beach parks, including Beasley County Park three miles away. The Okaloosa Island Pier offers fishing less than two miles from the condos. The property is four miles from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, eight miles from the Destin Commons and 14 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
This seven-story condominium building is set along the sandy beaches fronting the Gulf of Mexico. Complimentary beach service is provided. An outdoor pool, shuffleboard court, tennis courts and beach volleyball court offer ample opportunities for recreation. The property also offers kayaks to take out on the gulf. Kids stay busy with a seasonal Kid's Club, available for a fee. Complimentary video rentals are included. Five outdoor charcoal grills are provided for cookouts. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Accommodations at ResortQuest Rentals at Island Echos Condominiums are accessed via exterior corridors, and include fully equipped kitchens. Balconies with patio furniture overlook the gulf in many units. Accommodations are air conditioned. Cable television, CD players and DVD players are included. In-room safes and telephones are provided. Bathrooms are equipped with shower/tub combinations, and are stocked with complimentary toiletries. Daily maid service is not included. Maid service and towel/linen exchange are available for an additional fee. All units offer complimentary high-speed Internet access.


Please Note: Guests making reservations must be at least 25 and must occupy the unit the entire stay. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.

Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted, and proof of certification may be requested at check-in.
