- Do not attempt to eat dinner at Sinclair’s. 2 hours and 25 minutes after ordering, the AWFUL food came out.....and gratuity was already included! End of story. After checking out I realized that I had accidentally left my bathing suits (5 Victoria Secret swim suits) in a drawer, in my room. I phoned the front desk 2 hours after check out to notify the staff of my "forgotten belongings". I was assured not to worry, that the housecleaning personnel would take a look, and then a manager would call me that evening to take my shipping info. I NEVER received the manager call....so I called back 3 days in a row! Finally THE GENERAL MANAGER himself returned my call. Jeff, the GM, explained to me that the swim suits "were not recovered". Jeff went on to say, “many guests have believed to have left behind property that was never in fact recovered". So, either I am delusional and did not actually leave the items behind...or this is a common practice for "lost belongings" at this hotel. I am still in shock over the GM's acceptance of the missing swim suits. Anyhow, I LOVE Jupiter and its beach. This is a beautiful hotel and location. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, due to the arrogance of it's staff. « less

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose something while traveling so our staff is trained to log and search for all inquiries of lost and found. While we have a very good way of logging and tracking all items either lost or found, unfortunately sometimes we are unable to locate everything.
We are sorry that the hotel was not able to find the items mentioned and that you left with a negative final experience. We will continue to search and sincerely hope that we can have you back in the future.

- Jupiter Beach Resort is absolutely one of my very favorite getaways. We are lucky enough to live in Jupiter, but once we check in at the hotel, we feel as though we are a million miles away. We stay here several times a year and every experience has been wonderful, never any problems. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable, the spa is amazing. I can't wait to go back. If you can, splurge a little bit to get an ocean view room, it is worth it! « less

- I would like to recomend this resort to the ones that love feel special in the holidays, all the staf were very nice and polite, I will recomend you to rent a bike and go around, the tourtles at night was a very green experience, the jacuzzy at night...lovely with a full moon.!. so special.
Very nice stay and a very pleasent discover from the Golden Florida Coast!
Be sure to have a oceanfront room. « less

Don't hesitate to stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Ryan at the front desk & Elaine in the gift shop. Our room was quiet and there was even a large wedding party there the same weekend. Do eat in the restaurant the food is excellent especially the breakfast buffet. We like the healthy offerings they had on the buffet along with the traditional. We took advantage of the "Local Backyard Getaway" package. Great deal! This hotel is in a great location. You could even walk to "The Food Shack" a restaurant that was featured on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives. Great food but you might have to wait awhile. Jupiter Beach resort also has a Spa and worth every bit. You could literally just stay at this hotel for the weekend or more and never have to leave the grounds but since they are in a great location and right on the beach it's a good find. It is true that the beach directly in front of the hotel is a little eroded but they are just a little walk from Juno Beach which has a great beach. My wife and I would also recommend checking out the Turtle reserve and the Blowing Rocks located just a short drive from the hotel.
We will be returning in September and we don't plan to stay anywhere else except here at the Jupiter Beach Resort. Thanks to all of the staff for making our stay memorable. « less

- Good location with beachfront location. Not all rooms are oceanfront, partial ocean view as well as garden view rooms are all there. So be sure you know what type of room you are booking. When booking the room, a specific request was made for an early check in. When I called to see if our room was ready at 2pm we were told that the room was not and that they could not tell us when it would be ready. After delaying our arrival to 345pm, our room was still not ready (again after specifically requesting early check in when reserving the room) and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. We had a partial ocean view room which was nicely decorated but at this level of hotel/resort it was nothing jaw dropping. The balcony is extremely small as is the pool area. Front desk staff is friendly overall. Food is pretty good and reasonably priced for resort prices. Internet was working in the lobby only as they are apparently reworking the hotel WiFi. Beach is rocky and there is a rental charge for umbrella/chairs. Not a big deal to me but it may be to others. If I got a good hotel rate to stay, I would return. « less
