Location. The Advantage Vacation Homes in Kissimmee, Fla., are close to many central Florida attractions, including Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Watermania Water Park. Located in various subdivisions throughout the Orlando area, these private, multi- bedroom homes are within 15 miles of the Disney theme parks, with the closest vacation homes positioned just two miles from the park entrances.
Features. These individually owned and decorated three-, four- and five-bedrooms homes vary in size and décor depending on the individual home. Vacationing families and groups in need of more spacious lodging options select the Advantage Vacation Homes for their extra space and privacy. Vacation homes offer private backyards, and include kitchens, washers and dryers and a dining setup with at least six chairs. Homes have private, screened-in pools and backyard patios with furniture for lounging and dining. In the winter, pool heat is available for an additional fee, to be arranged in advance after booking.
