- The service our famlly received was extraordinary. From the very detailed and persistant Concierage who arranged our tickets for Discovery Cove and swimming with the dolphins, including the most perfect place to sit at Discovery Cove which was convienant to everything we could ever imagine and the Disney Travel Planners who so graciously planned our entire Disney Them Parks including the absolute must sees for teenagers at each park. We would have been completely lost had it not been for these fabulous people so dedicated to their work. As for the rooms, they were supurbly decorated and extremely comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. What I liked most was being able to float in the lazy river, swim in the pool, or soak in the hot tubs, before and after my long days walking forever at the Disney Theme Parks. Also the warm towels poolside were phenominal. As for the location of the resort, well it couldn't have been any more conveniet to Disney. So close to everything, including a Wal-Mart for much needed supplies. The truth of the matter is there is really nothing that I didn't like or enjoy about my stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. My thanks go out to the entire staff that attended to my every need. Awesome!! « less

- We stayed in Tour 5 - 3 generations - including an 11 year old and 4 teenagers - all staff were friendly and responsive - 3 bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable, well equiped - lazy river (my evening favorite), pool and outdoor eatery right outside Tower 5 backdoor - shuttle buses to Disney parks were frequent and reliable - however, do need a car - airport taxi approx. $50 - grocery about 2 miles - Definitely recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek for family vacation. « less

- We made reservations on line, checked in around 11. Told at check in that we needed close to elevator and pool due to son having broke, foot. assured that we were close, last room. Service horrible, no maid service, must attend what was assured to be 90 minute presentation turned into 3 hours of them trying to make us buy. We had to strip the beds before we left, wash the dishes, take out garbage to stinky garbage shoot every day, make sure toilet paper was on the dispenser before we left, and towels were washed. No way would we stay here again, much less buy in a time share. The worse service ever. If I wanted to clean all day, I would have stayed home from vacation and cleaned my house. Check out is 10 on the dot. If you are one minute late you will be charged - period... Do not recommend this at all, especially at the price they charge and the three hour hard sale presentation. We were pretty much told how stupid we were for not buying. What a shame. It could have been a great place to stay if they had their act together. « less

We are frequent visitors to Disney-I travel with my husband and two children age 6 and 2-and our last trip(4 months ago) we stayed on Disney property at Fort Wilderness in Cabin. Bottom Line-Staying on Disney property-we spent more money, had less room, and you could not escape the Disney madness if you wanted to!
People can whine and complain about their views,etc-this is not the Ritz not the Waldorf-this is a family resort-lots of kids activities, tons of fun at the pools-2 lazy rivers, kids splash pads, water slide, and a soon to be open wrecked pirate ship pool area.
The rooms are spacious, location fabulous-we have tried staying on Disney property and we CAME BACK TO WYNDHAM BONNET CREEK-that should tell you alot! « less

- We had a great stay at the Bonnet Creek Resort. It almost started off on a bad note when are room was not ready. I requested a high floor and was told no problem and we will contact you when your room is ready. Around 1:30 was contacted to check in and was told we had the first floor. Needless to stay I was not a happy camper and spoke with the manager on duty very nicely and after and extra 1/2 hour wait was rewarded with a room on the 13th floor with a view of EPCOT. It was great having our own space and the washer and dryer paid off. I found everyone on site friendly and willing to help out and the grounds in great shape!. This is a great place to stay. « less
