- After reading some of the reviews on this hotel, I was a little leary booking two rooms while traveling with extended family with kids for our first trip to Orlando. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! First off the rooms were clean along with the hallways and lobby. Staff is extremely friendly offering to google map directions to anywhere you want to go. We arrived very late and had absolutely no problems at all, checkin was smooth and convenient and check out the same. Really nice size pool (you can’t see the size really on the hotel photos) which the kids enjoyed on the down days and large BBQ grills around the patio for cooking in. All in all we enjoyed this trip and coming back after an exhausting day at the parks was a definite pleasure. It's also centrally located between the Disney and Universal parks and plenty of restaurants to enjoy. We will definitely be back, hopefully very soon! « less

- This hotel is great if you are travelling on a budget. The rooms are large and have a small but full kitchen area. There are also two gas bar-b-ques located outside near the pool area. There is a super market a quarter of a mile away, so it is real easy to cook something yourself and eat in your room or out by the pool on a nice evening. There are also several all you can eat buffets close by. The hotel is about 1 mile away from Disney market place and a shuttle bus is provided, I believe, a couple of times a day.
There is cable TV, free wifi, free continental breakfast and loads of free parking. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. This hotel is great value, especially if you are staying for a long time. « less

- The positive things first: the location is excellent and the price is right. After that there isn't much good to say about this hotel. Our room had a weird smell( that never went away) like someone burned Raman Noodles in it. I asked to be moved but they said all they had were smoking rooms. They never offered to move us later. The place was only marginally clean and sported an unseemly clientele. Just last month we stayed at the Embassy Suite which backs up to the Extended Stay and it was great. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay there. « less

- Booked this hotel over Hotwire. Never heard about the chain before, but I must say for the price I paid it is really a nice place. I called ahead to let them know that I want a non smoking room, which was very importan for me and my husband, because we can not stand the smell of smoke. We arrived very early around 9am and the friendly staff made it happen, so we could check in right away. The room was nothing luxurious, but clean and comfy. And the little kitchen area would be a great extra if you would stay more than one night. We where out of our room most of the day to enjoy one of the Disney Parks, so I can't really tell you about their pool or things like that. They also have comp. breakfast which we did not have, because we went to a different place with some friends, but it looked good.
So, what I cans say is, I wil definitly be back on my next trip to Orlando. « less

- We ended up at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Lake Buena Vista thanks to Travelocity's Top Secret Hotel Deals. We were only there for one night, and did not even check in until 10:00 pm after a long day at Epcot. Check-in was smooth with a very friendly receptionist. The room was much more than we expected, very spacious and clean. Continental breakfast in the morning is very basic, but perfect to get the day started. There is no place to sit inside, however. You need to sit outside to eat, but in the middle of July it's already broiling by 8:00 am, so we just took some plates back up to our room, no problem.
In short, we would not hesitate to stay here again based upon the size of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience to all of the area attractions. « less
