- Hotel and service Staff were great - Restuarant Staff at A Land Remembered were excellent. However, I was billed twice for the stay and tried for 2 days to get someone on the phone or return my call from the credit department. Desire Hector Never returned a phone call and Cynthia was just plain RUDE!
Customer Service is NOT a strong point in the accounting department AT ALL, obviously neither is accounting or I wouldn't have had to spend 2 days trying to get it fixed!!!! « less

- I cannot really complain about price because I used Priceline and paid $50.00. Be careful about parking $12 for self parking. For a 4 star hotel they only had one bar tender and a problem with ever beer on tap. The coffee bar had one person working the morning shift with ten people in line. The rooms were nice with a very strange decor. I would give this place 3 stars not 4. « less

- This hotel is very big. It's great for conferences. Most of the people staying at the hotel are here for a conference in the hotel or for work purposes. There are many meeting halls downstairs for conferences. There are 2 swimming pools for your use plus a gym and a couple of restaurants to choose from (fancy dining to a little market downstairs). You dont have to leave the hotel for anything but in case you want to, there are stores across the street. From the entrance to the hotel to the street is a mile long.
Overall, the hotel is good if you are here for business. Great for big groups of people. Bars in the hotel offer a good place for everyone to meet. If you would like to bring your family, the only good thing to offer is the pool. To go anywhere, you need a taxi or rent a car. There are no shuttles to any of the attractions. Be wary that cabs are very expensive for a short trip from this hotel. « less

- This hotel we could only find in one brochure back home and we are glad about this because it means only those specifically looking for this beautiful hotel will find it. Upon arrival the grandeur was clear to see - this is a huge hotel, exceptionally clean with luxurious interior and surroundings so we knew this was going to be a great stay.
This is a hotel best suited for those seeking to be near the Orange County conference and avid Golfers but welcomed everyone equally and we did not feel in any way out of place - it is simply a higher class hotel for those who appreciate finer surroundings but close enough to be near the "buzz" of the I-Drive.
Lets look at the positives.
1. Very clean, exceptional looking hotel
2. Self-parking for $12 per day for those who are not so keen on paying $20 for valet and then $5 tips every time the car is brought and taken away.
3. At least 3 superb, heated outdoor pools - all very clean and directly under the glistening sun.
4. Towels were not limited to per person - we had as many as we wanted every day.
5. Great choice of food and for those not wanting posh restaurant meals there is a take away service of great food up to mid-night.
6. Very pleasant waiting staff, very friendly and approachable.
7. The spa and fitness center is the best I have seen to date - this is truly fantastic.
8. The rooms are very clean, airy, and our room overlooked the front of the hotel which was the golf course. I would expect the exec rooms and suites to give a view of the pool area.
9. Room maid every day - we came back to a clean room.
10. In-built safe for your valuables.
The downsides? Well I really could not fault this hotel on any level after staying on at 2 further hotels, this was the outright winner for me. On my next vacation to Orlando I will not hesitate to ensure this hotel is at the top of my list to stay. « less
