Nautical Watch Condominiums overlooks the Gulf of Mexico in the East Beach area of Panama City Beach, Fla. There are several fine dining and family restaurants within a one-mile walk from the property, many offering fresh seafood cuisine. St. Andrews State Park, which features fishing piers, nature trails, swimming areas and a concession stand, is just one mile away.
Offering a smaller alternative to high-rise condominium resorts, Nautical Watch Condominiums offers beachfront accommodations with rented beach chairs and umbrellas. WaveRunners, parasailing and banana boat rentals are available on the property's private beach. The outdoor pool area has a tropical motif with barbeque grills and a changing room. The Nautical Watch Condominiums caters to families with children. A Kid's Club provides supervised activities, including origami, beads and swimming. Amenities of five other properties owned by the same management company, including parasailing, Hobie Cat rentals, beach chairs, shade umbrellas, WaveRunner rentals, dolphin-encounter tours and shuffleboard, are available to guests of the Nautical Watch Condominiums.

The condos at Nautical Watch Condominiums feature kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators, coffeemakers and microwave ovens. All condos are equipped with cable televisions. Washers and dryers are also provided. Poolside balconies and patios offer views of the city.

Take Airport Road to Saint Andrews Blvd and turn right.
Turn right on West 23rd Street.
Turn right on Collegiate Drive.
Bear right on 23rd Street/West SR-98.
23rd Street/West SR-98 becomes US-98.
Continue on Front Beach Road.
Turn left onto Joan Avenue.
Continue on Thomas Drive for approximately six miles to the beach.
Nautical Watch Condominiums is on the left.

From Panama City Aiport (Check-in after 5 pm)
Guests checking in AFTER 5 p.m. from March 1 - April 9 must follow these directions to the office of the Moondrifter Condominiums, located at 8815 Thomas, Panama City Beach, Fla. Directions from the Panama City Bay County International Airport:

Take Airport Road to Saint Andrews Blvd and turn right.
Turn right on West 23rd.
Turn right on US-98.
Follow US-98, which will turn into W. Front Beach Rd.
Make a sharp left onto CR-3030.
Stay straight to go onto Thomas Drive.
End at 8815 Thomas, the Moondrifter office.
