- The service here has to be the worst I have EVER had at any hotel. From the time when i first made my reservations till check out they were very rude and just thought they could tell me whatever to get me to leave them alone at the time. First they told me check in was at 11am. We didnt check in till almost 4, which wouldnt have been a problem if they would've just told me that in the first place, but instead on the phone they told me for sure by 11am. Then our fridge didnt work nor the icemaker, Called the office FIVE times and everytime they told me that maintenence would be on the way up, HA yea they never showed up. The room had, one roll of toilet paper, half a roll of paper towels, one trashbag, and three towels. The Tv was old and outdated, and the remote control was messed up anyways. The pool did not open until 9am which was a big problem for me because you couldn't even sit on the pool deck until 9am and at other places its usually 7am, then it closed at 10pm which i believe to be way to early and way to late. The security guards were very nice, but it seems like none of them knew the actual rules, three different guys would tell us three diferent things in one day. The elevator had NO air circulation what so ever, This sucked cus we stayed on the 22nd floor and it was 105 degrees. Like maybe they could put a fan in? At checkout, They had charged me $10.00 for internet on the tv, Which I had no idea it was even there, Like I said, the remote control barely worked, you would press the channel button ten times to go one channel. I quickly disputed that charge and after 30 mins of standing in the lobby they finally gave me my full $300.00 security deposit back. Once again the girl at the front desk was ruder than anyone I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It was like I was an inconvienance to her because she had to call the company who does their internent to see why i had been charged. I mean I payed $500.00 for three nights which in hindsight was a tee total RIP OFF. I will never go back there nor would i ever recommend this place to anyone. « less

Cons.....hot no air circulation elevator, carpet in condo bedrooms and living room, pool water was always dull in color and very crowded, (This condo needs a deeper, nicer pool), beds needed better sheets ( I bought my own), pool, pool, pool ( the pool just always felt yucky...this was an important factor with three children and a beach full of seaweed Biggest con is the BIG tv's are from 1980 and way frustrating, the bed comforters were loud and not welcoming
I probably would choose another condo next time, I definitely would never buy into this condo. « less

The room is dirty, the beds have sand in them. this room is smelly. the problems are so many i tried to relay them to the staff, but was on hold for a long time that i hung up.I have read the comments and it seems other guests are pleased with their room. I guest i got a bad one but my money were good. worst experience ever when it come to this room but having great time in panama.Do not let the outside fool you it looks nice but once you step foot on your perspective floor it looks like a dump. and the rooms looks good on internet but when you get in there you will see what im talking about. « less

- I will start out by saying I am a very picky person when it comes to vacation spots. My family and I usually stay in Destin because we have had some bad experiences with Panama City. However, this time was GREAT!!!! The water was clear and the beaches white as ever! I found the Boardwalk Beach Resort on Book it.com. We received a considerable discount, 50% off through Bookit, so that made our experience even better. . The Board walk was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. We arrived in town four hours before the 4 pm check in and our room wasn't ready but they accommodated us by moving us to a room that was clean. The only thing you need to be prepared for if you book on Bookit is there are fees that you have to pay in addition to your nightly rate. So in the end we ended up paying around 180.00 per night for a two bedroom condo. « less
