- Me, my husband, and our 7 month old decided to make a last minute vacation to PCB and found our condo online (Twin Palms #1403) and got it for a really good price. Everything was exactly as the pictures indicated. Our balcony opened to the gulf and provided good sunlight to enjoy. The beach was clean and quiet so we were able to sit and relax or take our son into the water. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. Being able to cook our own food saved on some of the expense so that was a plus too. Convienant to everything. Walking distance to wal mart if you forgot something. Minutes to golf, wine tasting, or resturants! Will be back next year. « less

- my family and i can't wait to go back.. very impressed with our condo (top floor room #2203 ) .our condo had everything we need.It was walking distance to several restaurants including pineapple willy's. This is our first time in Panama City Beach. The condo was great. Right on the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Walmart is 1 block away from the condo . Hotel was central to many attractions and restaurants. My whole family enjoyed the stay. We look forward to staying again.

The amenities at Twin Palms are not as numerous as some other beach resorts, but I personally don't need a Tiki Bar, on-site restuarant, etc. Although Joni's has received some negative reviews in the forum, I have never had a problem. This is a Waterstone property with an office on premises that is very rarely occupied....don't need them anyway. The best part about Twin Palms is the quietness....very few youg kids, partiers,etc. Great location for relaxation. « less

- I rented the one bedroom condo, which was supposed to have bunks in it for extra people. Well I got there with my friend, and she ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was pull out, but she slept on the sofa part. Reason was that the "extra bunk" was a pullout cot in a closet. VERY TACKY AND DIRTY. The carpet was DIRTY and looked like it had never been cleaned. We ended up rolling up the throw rug because it was so nasty and we didn't wanna walk on it. The master bedroom and bath as well as the extra bath ( which was nice) were clean and nice. However, the decorations which were not a decided theme (flowers, lighthouses, Italian) - I mean it was a mishmash of themes gone wrong. Also there was a DEAD plant on the bar. I mean it was pitiful. I watered it but even that did not help. I can't believe someone would leave a plant out dead like that. The patio was HUGE and nice to sit out at , but be careful you don't stub your toe on the huge ledge that you have to STEP over! I guess there is a reason for that. Probably flood related, but none the less a nusance especially if you are absent minded or a drinker. LOL.
Also the phone rang constantly - TELEMARKETERs- so don't make a mistake and pick it up or you will be charged. I thought it was the front desk calling the first time so I picked up. Bad decision. I tryed to contact someone in the front office but it was closed. I called the # on the door and got a VM. I left a message, but no one EVER returned my calls. HOW RUDE., right? Overall the place was OK. I would probably stay there again if I could get a better condo. Ours was 2103 I believe. So if the owner is reading this - go get your dead plant!!! « less
