- My family and I spent over a week in #1506 in Tower 2. We rented through Joni's Beach Rentals as opposed to the onsite rental, which was still very convenient. The condo we stayed in was a 3 bedroom with awesome views. The master bedroom led to the balcony too, which was an added bonus. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, including a giant standalone icemaker, which made it easy to load up the cooler each day. Even though we were on the 15th floor, we did not experience issues with the elevators like I have read about - It could just be the time of year? The complex itself has a bunch of pools, a great fitness center, nice boardwalk to the beach, and is in the middle of everything - Right down the road from Wal-Mart and walking distance to several resturants. The complex itself is not very old, but there were a few areas that could use sprucing up. While I was there, they were in the process of repainting the outside, so it looked like they were taking care of what needed to be done. Given that it is in PCB, I don't even need to mention how great the beach and ocean were!
We will be going back for sure! « less

- I was a little hesitant choosing the Majestic based on the mixed reviews here but I'm so glad I did. My bestfriend and I had a wonderful experience!!! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were in unit 610 which is very nicely decorated, extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view of the beach was amazing and access was easy. My only complaint would be the elevators. There is only 2 for 24 floors which led to a long wait at times but not a deal breaker for me. I look forward to going back!! « less

- Stayed in room 1201. Getting to and from the condo was no problem. Once arriving in our room it was filthy. The kitchen was definately not fully equipped. Not enough dishes, pots, etc. Almost all of the light bulbs were burnt out and also saw roaches. Could not sit on balcony, light out. The furniture was mis-matched and half of the chairs had broken arms, or so shaky that it was not very safe for children or adults to sit on. Bedspreads stained and dirty and so much dust that we had to clean before we unpacked!!! Food left in fridge for previous renters, wall by garbage and front of fridge completely stained with food. The size and set up of the 3 bedroom/ 3 bath was great except needed much TLC!!!! Really a shame for such a nice condo!! The security at this was a bit overboard. We even got called for using a flashlight on our balcony (only because we needed something out there and remember no light on balcony!!) I know security is needed, but it almost made you feel that it was not a very safe place to stay and I know that is not the case. Staff did not care!!! Not their problem --we rented from owner. We have a large group of family and friends that go PCB or Destin every July, we have never had such low quality accomodations. We will never stay there again!! P.S. No parking passes in room, so we spent hours between cleaning and trying to get in touch of the owner to get passes (owner did listen to complaints, but their is no excuse to have such a run down condo at a very well advertised resort!!! « less

- My family and i took a last minute vaca to panama city and booked this hotel,it was very nice we stayed on the 14th floor room 1414 it was a 1 bedroom with king bed and a sofa bed were the kids slept very comfy. it had washer dryer and everything ur own house has made it very convient. we faced the beach and had ocean view which was very nice.the hotel was close to all the resturants and shops close to pier park and right on the main strip front beach. the hotel had 3 pools and a market in the hotel and we got to rent dvd's for free every night down stairs the kids loved that.would stay here again looking forward to it. « less
