Features. The Sunbird is a high-rise condominium complex with modern design and contemporary hotel décor. Guests enjoy access to services at the Boardwalk Beach Resort, which houses a convention center suitable for special occasions. The front desk staff provides business services. The Sunbird offers three gulf-side pools, illuminated tennis courts, beach chairs and umbrellas, a video arcade, volleyball, shuffleboard, parasailing, and personal watercraft rentals. br>
