Resortquest Rentals at Palacio Condominiums

Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio Condominiums is located directly on the sandy white beaches of Perdido Key in Pensacola, Fla. The smoke-free rentals are approximately 15-20 miles from the city's downtown, and are just a few minutes from the Florida/Alabama state line.
Features. This 19-story high-rise offers an outdoor pool, spa tub, tennis courts, fitness room and a meeting room. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the check-in office. Complimentary seasonal beach service is also available. Seasonal children's activities, including a beach club, are provided for a fee.

Guestrooms. The individually decorated condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio offer private balconies with gulf views. Fully equipped kitchens include refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffee/tea makers, dishes and cooking utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided.


Please Note: Guests making reservations must be at least 25 and must occupy the unit the entire stay. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.

Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted, and proof of certification may be requested at check-in.
