- We are required to stay here for business but hopefully the hotel will go out of business before I have to return. The Concierge Suite remained without AC for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom floor was filthy. The staff at the restaurant which is buffet were almost impossible to get their attention for our check. When the check came, the waiter stood over me and asked me why he wasn't getting a tip. The hotel provides night mask and ear plugs which you will need because there is an unordinary amount of light that comes in under and on the side of the door and the freeway traffic is loud. The area around the hotel is also a little scary and has no restaurants that are close. « less

The hotel has the potential to be a great hotel. However, the staff at the front desk was extremely slow and lazy. They were not hospitable or willing to help with even the smallest matter.
I was located on the third floor and the entire hallways reeked of mildew and humidity. I wasn't sure if the floor was once flooded or if it was condensation from the air conditioning unit.
The room was very cozy and clean, however, the smell carried into the room.
Parking is Free and they offer shuttles. « less

- We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The staff is great and the rooms are ok but this hotel needs some updating. Revamp the rooms. The doors to the rooms are OLD and have a gap on the bottom around 3 inches. This lends for some unwanted hallway noise. If you are a Priority Club member you get a free continental breakfast but it is not very good. This hotel has nice balcony's and it was nice sitting out after a long day. Internet is $9.95 per 24 hours.
If you are a PC member it's free. « less

- We had heard the wonders of the beds here and we were SO disappointed. It was like sleeping on a rock with little metal rods poking you all night for 4 nights. Also had room on side that faces the interstate on ramp for I-75. Very noisy 24/7. The room doors are heavy metal doors and tend to slam shut very loudly. Nice to hear at 4 or 5 am every morning. But that is not the worst. We arrived and turned down the bed to find it had not been changed from the previous guest or guests. It was full of crumbs and hair (LOTS of hair). Housekeeping did come quickly and change it when we called and told us they had been using temporary help that day. Other than that, it was just okay. We were in and out quite a bit and noticed that room service trays sat for hours and hours in the hall.Had to pay 9.99 per 24 hours for internet PER computer which meant that my since my husband got to his computer first, he got the internet as I was NOT going to pay 20/day for internet. All in all a disappointing experience. Used to be a nice place to stay. « less
