Every Thursday night, the hotel hosts "Retro Thursday," featuring DJs in the main lobby and specialty martinis and appetizers from the hotel's Savu restaurant. Speaking of Savu, the restaurant specializes in Asian fusion cuisine, with such dishes as Rare Roast-Peanut- Crusted Beef; Tuna and Avocado Tartare; Szechwan Lobster Pancakes; Crispy Beijing Duck; and Mahi Mahi with Asian Barbeque Glaze.
