Location.Positioned along Kaanapali Beach, the Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Kaanapali, Hawaii, is one mile from the Kaanapali North and Kaanapali South golf courses. Lahaina, Maui's historic whaling capital, is three miles away. The resort provides complimentary airport shuttle service to Kapalua West Maui Airport located four miles from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Drawing from Maui's existing natural beauty, the Westin Maui Resort and Spa features tropically landscaped grounds with ponds, streams and waterfalls. An Asian art collection of porcelain screens and statues decorates the hotel's lobby. Buffet-style breakfasts are offered for an extra charge. Ono's serves tapas and burgers, while the oceanfront Tropica prepares Pacific cuisine. Light meals and snacks are available at Sea Dogs located on the pool deck, and at the Colonnade that houses five terminals with Internet access. The Westin Maui Resort and Spa features an expansive water park with a freeform aquatic playground, a 120-foot waterslide and an adults-only pool deck. A health club and spa, with a beauty salon, sauna, steam room and fitness center, offers ocean views. Additional spa services include yoga classes in the open-air yoga studio and massages in one of the 16 massage treatment rooms. Shuttle service to Kaanapali golf and tennis facilities is available.

Guestrooms. Located in two 11-story towers, the Westin Maui Resort & Spa's 750 guestrooms feature private balconies, dark wooden furniture and original Asian artwork. Westin Heavenly Beds consist of custom pillowtop mattresses, 233-thread count sheets, a comforter and down pillows. Rooms feature flat-screen televisions, complimentary laptop-compatible in-room safes, CD players and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Refrigerators and coffeemakers are provided in each room. Showers feature dual showerheads.

Expert Tip. The Westin Maui Resort & Spa offers private Kaanapali Sunset Dinners, booked in advance, which can be held on private balconies or in the resort's private dining cabana.
