Alii Kai Resort

Location. The Alii Kai Resort II is perched on a hilltop in the city of Princeville on Hawaii’s Kauai Island. This condominium complex is within one mile of the Princeville Golf Club and the Princeville Shopping Center. Ukulele concerts, botanical gardens and galleries are available in the neighboring town of Hanalei located four miles from the property.
Features. Overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, the Alii Kai Resort II is comprised of 18 two-bedroom accommodations located in various one- and two-story buildings. The property provides an outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool and spa tub. The resort is entirely nonsmoking. Assistance with planning golf outings, making restaurant reservations, booking helicopter tours, and planning a kayaking excursion is available. Detailed maps and other general information about the area are provided. Community barbecue grills and picnic areas are available for outdoor dining. Each unit is assigned one parking space. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodations at the Alii Kai Resort II feature private balconies or lanais, many with ocean views. Units offer 1,000 square feet of living space, and include fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators and sinks with garbage disposals. Televisions with DVD players are provided. Washers and dryers are included in the accommodations.
