The Brass Lantern Inn

The Brass Lantern Inn is located on a cobblestone street in the historic district of Nantucket, Mass. The inn is two blocks from Nantucket Harbor, and within one mile of the surrounding shops, restaurants, art galleries and museums. An NRTA shuttle stop is less than one-quarter mile away. Jetties Beach, offering swimming, tennis courts, a skateboard park and a playground, is one mile from the inn.
Built in 1850, this lodge-style inn is nestled amongst rose-covered cottages, and features flowering gardens. Complimentary continental breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room or garden, offering fresh muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, tea, coffee and juices. Wine and cheese parties are held Saturday evenings in the summertime. Concierge services are available.

The Brass Lantern Inn offers 17 guestrooms with televisions. All accommodations offer private bathrooms with bathrobes. Views of Nantucket Harbor, Brant Point or the inn’s gardens are featured in all units. Bay windows and skylights are offered in select accommodations. Most Garden Wing rooms feature canopy or four-poster beds. Rooms are individually decorated, showcasing antiques and Oriental or rag rugs atop wide pine floors. Units are equipped with air conditioning.
