Hermann Hill Vineyard & Inn

Location. The Hermann Hill Vineyard & Inn is located in Hermann, Mo., surrounded by a vineyard and overlooking Hermann Village. Stone Hill Winery is one mile away and offers tours through what is said to be the largest series of underground wine cellars in North America. Katy Trail, a 225-mile bike path, is less than three miles away.
Features. Built in 1995, this contemporary chateau is nestled atop a bluff. Complimentary full and continental breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room, kitchen, on the deck, or in the guestrooms with prior arrangement. Warm cookies and ice cream are offered before bedtime. The inn is equipped with complimentary wireless Internet access. A three-mile walking path winding through the adjacent forest is accessible from the inn, and eagles are often spotted around the property. Concierge services, including assistance with bicycle rentals, dinner reservations and flower delivery, are provided. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms. The Hermann Hill Vineyard & Inn offers eight guest accommodations featuring cable television, VCRs and DVD players. All units include private bathrooms with jetted tubs and separate two-person showers. Chenille bathrobes, flower petal soaps and towel warmers are featured in the bathrooms. Private patios or balconies overlook the surrounding vineyards, Hermann Village or Missouri River. The King Cottages include kitchens, decks or patios with hot tubs, and two fireplaces. Notebooks stuffed with menus for local restaurants and suggestions for daily activities are provided in the units.
