Hotel Features. Dining venues at Bally's Las Vegas includes Old World at al Dente that features Italian cuisine prepared using traditional Sicilian techniques. Bally's Steakhouse presents slow-roasted, aged beef and seafood entrees. The Spa at Bally's offers wet and dry saunas, spa tubs and a fitness center with free and mechanical weights, treadmills and elliptical machines.
