Squam Lake Inn

The Squam Lake Inn is located in the quaint village of Holderness, N.H. The property is adjacent to Squam Lake and less than four miles from the Squam Lake Dam. Restaurants, shops, boat tours and a nature center are within one-half mile.
The Squam Lake Inn, set on heavily wooded land, is a restored Victorian farmhouse decorated with vintage New England décor. Full, complimentary breakfasts, featuring four-grain blueberry pancakes, Belgium waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, French toast bake and Eggs Benedict, are served in the dining room each morning. Lunch is available upon request for a fee. The inn features its own café selling sandwiches, salads, soups, sweets and boxed lunches. The lobby features a fireplace. A wraparound porch and mahogany deck complement the exterior of the farmhouse, and a red barn with a gift shop selling home and garden items is on the premises. Pets are not allowed.

Guestrooms are decorated to reflect the lakes region, in a New England vintage theme. All guestrooms offer private bathrooms. Select bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.
