- First , my husband and I travel a fair amount, usually to the Caribbean or Mexico. We had never been to AC before and wanted as info as possible as to want to do and show times etc. The woman at costusmer service should be told "You're Fried".. Asking her anything resulted in a yes and are you done?, then next person. How rude. For first time vacationers we missed out on a lot of things in our 4 days there. The other casinos were much more accommodating. This could be why they seemed to be busier than TP.
On a brighter note our room in the east tower was very quite and spacious and always keep very clean. The wait staff at the 24 Cafe were exceptional and deserved every tip we left.
Would we ever return to AC, not sure, but if we do it will be at another hotel. We had traveled 18 hours from Nova Scotia to be treated like second class citizens. Thanks but no thanks, I'll spend my money elsewhere in future. « less

- I've never written a negative review and honestly, I've never needed to. This time, however, read it and pay attention. We arrived at valet parking in the rain. My husband left hisnew Maui Jim sunglasses in the center console. The next day it was sunny out... went to get the glasses from the car. They were gone. We reported the issue to the Valet supervisor who called security who basically told us, oh well. I pursued it with security as well as Guest Service. The bottom line was - no one is going to take responsibility for our loss. Stupid to have left them here, absolutely. Should people steal from guests, absolutely not.
We've stayed at this hotel three other times. We've never had a problem with anything. This time the place is tired, the staff is tired and the guests are not happy. At least we didn't pay full price. I heard several other guests complaining about that. « less

- i really don't understand why everyone had a problem. maybe look in the mirror. remember the golden rule. William checked me in early, with NO PROBLEM and NO ATTITUDE. he even gave me friendly advice about where to travel as a lady walking alone. the room was great. in the tower, overlooking the ocean. he gave me precise directions and everyone was very helpful with directions. the casino is pretty spacious. i was impressed. very clean. the security measures were impressive. sure, the doors were dirty. but if you stood there, there are thousands of people going in and out (with children too) and they just don't seem to see that "BAR THING" that pushes the door...
no wonder there are fingerprints all over !! our maid was friendly. room was spotless.
i didn't care for the showerhead, BUT i never do !! itz not my house. itz a hotel people !!
the LIQUID BAR rocks !! i loved it !! the buffet was awesome !! but maybe i was so hungry !! (didn't eat the first day)
i really only have TWO COMPLAINTS: how can you run out of tequila on a friday night?
and lesser ~ the busyness of the elevators. but that is to be expected. don't forget your
key card !! overall, it was a nice stay for my birthday weekend.
this isn't Trump related, however, but AC is one if not THE Most Expensive Place that I have EVER been !! (i've traveled extensively)
so, go and enjoy yourself !! and put a smile on your face !!!!! « less
