Location. The 1889 WhiteGate Inn & Cottage, located in Asheville, N.C., is less than two miles from the University of North Carolina’s campus, overlooking downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Asheville’s Folk Art Center is six miles from bed and breakfast.
