Corner Oak Manor

Location. The Corner Oak Manor is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Asheville, N.C. The manor is one-half mile from the historic Biltmore Estate, an impressive French Renaissance-inspired chateau open to the public as a house museum. The Thomas Wolfe Memorial, Aladdin’s Castle and the WNC Nature Center are within five miles of the manor.
Features. This 1920 English Tudor home is decorated with oak antiques, original artwork and hand-crafted items, some created by the innkeeper and her family. Complimentary gourmet breakfasts, with entrees including Four French Toast with Berry Compote, fresh-squeezed juice, seasonal fruits, home-baked breads and muffins, are served each morning. The Corner Oak Manor’s living room showcases an oval drop ceiling, and includes a baby grand piano and fireplace. An outdoor deck and garden complement the grounds. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms. The Corner Oak Manor offers one cottage and three guestrooms named after seasons. All units offer private bathrooms stocked with bathrobes and complimentary bath gels and soaps. Flowers and chocolates are provided in the accommodations. The cottage includes a bedroom, separate living room and full kitchen. Cable television and a gas fireplace are featured in the cottage. All accommodations are air conditioned.
