- Good News 1st-Booked through Radisson site for $54.00 per night. Was visiting family with my sister, cousin and son. Employees were polite, changed my room when requested from the king bed to the two full beds. We thought the breakfast buffet was good for the $8.50 per person, plenty of food and selections. Coffee was free for all guests at the restaurant. The restaurant was clean. We came in late on a Friday and they were not busy so they let my son and my cousin use the pool and saunna until 1 AM, instead of closing it at 11 PM. Beds, linen, bathroom clean. Room Service available but we did not use it.
Bad news- Attention to details slipping a little as they had Christmas floral displayed on some furniture in lobby. Our room had peeling wallpaper, missing lightbulbs or bulbs that needed to be replaced. The window sill was dirty as well as something sticky on the arm of the desk chair. When we ate breakfast the waitress ignored us and did not give us water or re-fill coffee as she was suppose to. The in room coffee was weak and not tasty. Still I would use the hotel again but would negotiate even a lower price. « less

- The Radisson Fairlawn was very nice for a one night stay. It has a heated indoor pool and sauna and the rooms were clean ond comfortable. The breakfast was OK and there was nothing really to do besides swim. If you know that going in, you will like this hotel.

- I booked through hotwire and should have remembered to look to see if the hotel was non-smoking. Some rooms are smoking, some aren't. As soon as I got off the elevator on the 4th floor, the hallway reaked of stale cigarette smoke. My room smelled just as bad. Once I got in my room, one of the lights didn't work. I laid down on the bed and looked across the room under the luggage bench and saw flower petals and a huge red stain on the floor. This, combined with the smell was too much. I wanted to call the front desk and ask for a change BUT NEITHER PHONE WORKED. I would never stay here again!! « less

- This hotel was easy to find by GPS and was very clean. They have sleep number beds which is a huge plus! The indoor pool was well kept and the sauna was nice too. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was we booked through mapquest and expected a King size bed. We ended up with two queens and they never changed us to a different room and we stayed 3 nights. Also, the television in our room did not work but they brought another one the second day we were there. « less

- Got the room for 3 nights at Priceline name your price $35+tax. We were packing my father's apartment for a move across country, so the hotel was a place to collapse at the end of the day.
Room was comfortable and clean. As someone else pointed out, maybe Priceline customers get the end of the hall - we did too - and this meant virtually no internet. Each time we tried to get on we had barely a signal. Sometimes the tech support could make it better. Sometimes we just gave up and went to my father's apartment. The second day, our room keys stopped working. I took them to the front desk and they were reset, but no explanation. And the water never got warmer than lukewarm. Our final night I called the front desk and told them I'd be taking a shower the next morning and could they look into it. They promised to, but never called back and it was colder than ever the next morning. Back to my father's apartment.
Imagine how we'd feel if we'd paid list price! Or was this a Priceline penalty? « less
