The Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort is situated on the edge of Huntington Beach State Park near Pawleys Island S.C., just one-half mile from the shore. Guests of the resort can enjoy South Carolina’s country charm, with the cool breezes and warm waters of the Atlantic.
With three signature golf courses and a full-service health and beauty spa, this 4,300-acre resort offers guests plenty of room to relax and rejuvenate. The water attractions of the resort, including a 200-foot lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, a separate children’s pool, sauna, steam room and several hot tubs, make it a family favorite. With a complimentary shuttle to the beach, two sand volleyball courts, a half-court basketball area, game room, racquetball, 17 clay tennis courts and the Litchfield Tennis School on site, there is an array of activities to keep guests busy. Other conveniences include a gift shop, laundry facilities, shuttle service and complimentary parking. Business services include computer access and meeting facilities. Pets are not allowed at the property.

The Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort offers guestrooms, one-bedroom suites, and two- and four-bedroom villas with ocean, fairway or scenic views. Seaside Inn rooms offer mini fridges, microwave ovens and coffee/tea makers. All accommodations include complimentary wireless Internet access and cable television. The Seaside Inn one-bedroom suites feature full kitchens, living and dining rooms, washers and dryers, and screened-in porches. All Seaside Inn accommodations are one-tenth mile from the beach. Fairway Villas offer full kitchens, living and dining rooms, washers and dryers, and patios or balconies. The Bridgewater suites feature galley kitchens or full kitchens, and balconies. The Fairview Villas are up to two miles from the beach.
