Weathertop Mountain Inn

Location. The Weathertop Mountain Inn is nestled on a forested hillside in Waitsfield, Vt. Scenic Route 100 is one mile from the inn. Bridge Street offers shops, restaurants and cafes two miles away. Warren, Vt., features an art gallery, antique and pottery shops, and a country store less than four miles from the property.
Features. Built in 1972, this inn is set on over three acres featuring manicured lawns and blooming perennial gardens. Complimentary full breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room, including Curiously Crunchy French Toast. Dinner is available in the inn’s restaurant, offering a selection of wines and local microbrews. Complimentary wireless Internet access and a computer station are provided. The Great and Game Rooms are equipped with digital cable television, VCRs and DVD players. A video library is available. The Great Room features a piano and guitar. The Game Room includes pool and foosball tables, a dart board, a turntable and a collection of classic albums. An exercise loft equipped with stationary bicycles and rowing machines is provided. The inn offers an indoor hot tub and a two-person sauna. Deer, fox and bobcats are often seen on site. Hiking and snowshoeing trails are accessible from the property, including the Mill Brook Trail. Concierge service is offered, including arrangements for group dinners and drop-off service to area hiking trails.

Guestrooms. The Weathertop Mountain Inn offers eight individually decorated accommodations. All units feature private bathrooms, offering bathrobes and Egyptian cotton towels. Guestrooms are equipped with CD players. Accommodations include mini fridges. All units offer views of the forested hillside or manicured lawns.
