Location. The Montgomery House B&B and Special Event Venue is located in historic downtown Kalama, Wash., one block from shops, restaurants, parks and the Columbia River. Kalama is known as one of the Northwest's largest antique districts. Antique shops at Hendrickson Mall are one-quarter mile away.
Features. This 1908 Craftsman-style home offers complimentary wine receptions in the gallery, which features a new artist every month. Live entertainment is scheduled for select evenings. Complimentary gourmet organic breakfasts are served each morning in the drawing room. Evening cookies and hot beverages are complimentary. The bed and breakfast offers space for weddings, reunions, retreats, fine dining and private events.

Expert Tip. Marine Park, located along the Columbia River two blocks from the bed and breakfast, is home to four totem poles featuring mythical forms, creatures and symbols of the Pacific Northwest Native American culture. The largest totem pole was carved from a 700-year-old Western Red Cedar tree, and can be seen from miles around.
