The Davenport Hotel and Tower offers 283 guestrooms, including 24 suites, featuring hand-carved mahogany furniture, coffered ceilings with crown molding, and imported Irish linens. Parlor Suites are located on floors four through twelve of the hotel with large picture windows on two sides, providing views of the city. Parlor Suites bathrooms offer an extra large walk-in marble shower and a separate deep European-style soaking tub. Each parlor suite offers a separate sitting area, which accommodates seating for six to eight guests.
