- When I arrived at the motel, my confirmation number was lost. Front staff were unhelpful & rude. In order to receive my room, the clerk requested i pay several hundred dollars more. Staff would not give me the information to contact the owner or day manager of the facility. I ended up leaving & had to stay in another town 30 minutes away because all other hotels were full due to rodeo in town. I believe that's why they would not honor my reservation, because they could re-sell my room at a higher price. « less

- This place is an older hotel away from the main drag of down, about a mile from the highway. But the price was right compared to the overpriced main motels in town. Room was large and clean, with a front door (for your car) and back door (to the hall). Front staff was nice. WiFi is free and worked ok. With HJ, I was expecting a box of donuts and coffee for the free breakfast, but they setup comparable to Comfort Inn minus the fresh fruit, with waffle iron, toast, cereals, juice, decent coffee. Hotel lobby and halls are bright and clean. The area doesn't have many restaurants so may be good to eat ahead (or get something delivered) but looking for a good place to sleep before Devil's Tower or just after a long drive. No pool or exercise room, but just a clean comfortable large room with decent breakfast and decent wifi. Glad I saved the money over the other hotels in town. « less

- Old and rundown bilding, no security on outside doors that access the rooms. There was puke right outside one of the side doors. In somewhat desolate area from main drag, next to train tracks....price was right for one night so decided to try it. small town but HI Express was $169 a night, not sure why, but I was so very close to moving to there anyway. Pipes screamed during shower, linens were threadbare and huge stains on towels and washrags. Bedding was wrinkled as it looked as though it may not have been changed?? Carpet was grungy and room was very worn down. The soaps provided seemed old and smelled like bad perfume. Housekeeping began knocking cotinually on door before 8a.m.which was rather annoying...it was so gross I didn't even want to drink the tap water or use the wrapped paper cups, just didn't trust any of it, it all seemed seedy. « less

- Stayed here on the way home from a road trip. It is a basic hotel, but everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. It was 4th of July so they gave us a room where we could see fireworks out our window. Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. « less
