Overview
A Teton Tree House is tucked away amidst trees in Wilson, Wyo. The Grand Teton National Park and the town of Jackson, Wyo., which offers cowboy bars, Western galleries and upscale restaurants, are eight miles away.
This whimsical, multi-level playhouse is almost hidden on a forested slope. Fuschia fireweed and creamy columbine greet guests as they ascend the gentle 95-step climb up into the bowers of this aboreal retreat. Complimentary full breakfasts, featuring homemade yeast and sweet breads, homemade granola, hot porridge and fresh fruit, are served each morning in the dining room. The signature dish is Denny’s Breakfast Banana Split, made with fresh artistically arranged bananas, whipped vanilla yogurt and raspberry sauce. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. The Teton Tree House features lodgepole pine walls, labyrinth hallways, four levels of decks and an outdoor hot tub. Guests are invited to relax in front of the two-story adobe fireplace or test their skill at chess or Scrabble in the living area. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms at the bed and breakfast offer private bathrooms, bathrobes and antique furnishings. All rooms feature decks with views of the forest and valley below, and the mountains across. One tier of three rooms features window seats pushed out into the trees. Radio alarm clocks, air purifiers, Nature’s Soothing Sounds machines and complimentary wireless Internet access are provided in all rooms.

All the rooms have excellent beds, private baths, decks, window seats and fantastic views] With a room up here and down there and around that corner, it’s a little like entering one’s childhood fantasy. The Tree House has several levels of decks and an outdoor hot tub available for guests. One tier of three rooms is literally pushed out into the trees to offer window seats with a view of the forest and valley below, and the mountains across. Each also has a private deck from which this view may also be enjoyed. All rooms also have hair dryers, iron/ironing boards and radio alarm clocks, air purifiers, and Natures Soothing Sounds machines.
