• General: Providing recommendations and information about hotels and other types of accommodation ("Provider") is a primary service we provide. Booking reservations is another. Resideo is an intermediary bringing together willing buyers and sellers. Resideo does not buy, sell, own, rent, control or exercise any authority over a Provider's offering. When booking a reservation through Resideo you are entering into an agreement with us and the Provider. You agree to abide by the terms and policies imposed by the Provider, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding the availability of products and services. You agree to be financially responsible to us and the Provider for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed using your name and credit card account, regardless or whether or not such uses were performed with your consent and regardless of whether or not your credit card company processes a chargeback. In the event of default or chargeback, past due balances will be subject to additional collection costs, billing charges and/or interest charges. Attorneys fees, court costs, collection fees, and other costs incurred in collection will be added to your account. You agree that your credit card will be charged at the time of booking in accordance with the payment schedule detailed prior to purchase. Reservations must be cancelled through us to be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your reservation, your credit card may be charged a penalty by the Provider in accordance with the cancel policy disclosed prior to purchase. Special needs or requests noted at the time of booking are forwarded to the Provider but are not guaranteed.
  
  
• Restrictions of Use of Materials: All materials contained within any of our sites are the copyrighted property of Resideo, their affiliates, subsidiaries and/or third-party vendors. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at Resideos sole discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies. • International Currency Conversions and Refunds: Currency conversions are handled by our bookling system using daily exchange rate samples at the Banker's Selling Rate. All currency conversions are accurate on that day only. Resideo reminds you that daily fluctuations in international currency conversions may result in charges/refunds slightly different than your online quote. When a deposit is taken via Credit Card in a currency other than USD it will be converted to USD before processing the transaction. This USD amount will become the refund amount in the event of cancellation regardless of exchange rates on the date of cancellation.
  
  
• Jurisdiction: Our sites are controlled and operated by and through our corporate headquarters within the State of Florida and shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal action or proceedings for any purpose concerning or arising from use of our sites and services shall be brought within six (6) months after the cause of action arises exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida or a state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the County of Bay, State of Florida.
