RESIDEO AND COVID-19

INFORMATION ON HOW WE ARE RESPONDING TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK AND RESOURCES TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS

We are encouraged by the progress of many countries in deploying vaccines and as we continue to actively monitor developing guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and similar agencies, the Company has been actively educating its workforce on state and country level guidelines around vaccine availability.

Across all of our locations, our main focus continues to be the safety of our employees and customers. Our ADI employees continue to work safely in our branch and distribution center locations to meet the needs of our customers, as do our manufacturing associates in our factories around the world. For our employees who are able to perform their jobs remotely, we continue a mandatory work-from-home policy until further notice. As our employees begin to get vaccinated, we are re-visiting our plans that would enable us to return to our offices in a hybrid approach. We have not identified a specific date that we would initiate this change.

See how we are keeping our ADI employees safe:

Here's a training video created for our manufacturing associates in Mexico:

Throughout the remainder of 2021, the Company is running a global program called "Employees of Action" to build trust of vaccines and to encourage employees to get vaccinated. Employees are asked to post on a social network about why they are getting vaccinated/have gotten vaccinated with the hashtag #WeAreResideo and send a link of the post to the Company. For each employee submission, Resideo will donate $25 (up to $100,000 by the end of 2021) to Direct Relief, a nonpartisan non-profit that aims to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations.

In 2021 and beyond at Resideo, we will continue looking for ways to support the health and wellbeing of our employees.
