Showcasing intelligent heating control solutions at Housing 26

We will be showcasing our comprehensive portfolio of heating control products at Housing 26, taking place 23–25 June at Manchester Central.

Visit us at Stand C14, where our heating control experts will be on hand to discuss how innovative solutions—such as Honeywell Home evohome—can help housing associations and local authorities meet 2030 EPC requirements while improving energy efficiency and tenant comfort.

Supporting EPC Compliance with Smart Zoning Technology

One of the key solutions we will be highlighting is the Honeywell Home evohome Smart Zoning Thermostat, a Time and Temperature Zone Control (TTZC) solution that is included on the Product Characteristics Database (PCDB)¹. This makes evohome eligible for government funding schemes, including the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund².

The team will be available to explain how incorporating evohome can assist with an average uplift of 2–3 SAP points, helping properties move towards the mandatory EPC Band C rating by 2030. With the ability to support up to 12 zones using electronic thermostatic radiator controls, and compatibility with both gas boilers and heat pump systems, evohome offers a cost‑effective retrofit solution that can be installed quickly with minimal tenant disruption.

We will also be showcasing a wide range of intelligent heating control products designed to meet the diverse needs of social housing providers:

Smart and Programmable Thermostats

The Honeywell Home T6R smart thermostat, alongside the T3 and T4 programmable controls, will be on display—offering flexible control options to suit different housing stock requirements.

Heat Pump Control Solutions

We will be discussing the possibilities around using Honeywell Home evohome, T3 and DT4 solutions alongside heat pump installations.

Thermostatic Radiator Valve (TRV) Range

Often an overlooked part of the heating system, our complete Honeywell Home TRV portfolio will also be available to view. This includes the Thera 6 VI TRV Head, which has been specifically designed to support users with visual impairments, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
